Founded by Nakita Ricks, the organization focuses on person-centered planning, maintaining low staff-to-resident ratios, and building strong partnerships with local county boards to ensure exceptional quality of life. Abundant Hearts HomeCare aims to enrich lives, nurture independence, and create a true home for adults with IDD in the Greater Akron community.
